Our current method of contact is via phone, or email, payments are accepted locally in cash, check, or PayPal. The online and distanced ordering is done through PayPal also through the following address:

Shipping may have to calculated as packing weights can be inconsistent. We ship using USPS Stateside and Military mail to respective military bases (10 days Korea and Afghanistan) and have yet to ship much in international distances. Generally a dozen ships for $13.60 priority and 2-3 dozen for $18.75. In addition to the walk away vending prices, each product type is priced at in our menu the finish vacuumed packaging and, tissue paper, finish box and bow costs $2.25 each and our shipper cost including on finish box costs $5.00 and includes added craft crinkle filler and our shipping box. It's possible to pack 3 finish boxes in one shipper, but there is very little shock absorption, however the vacuum packaging provides some structural resilience and bonding. We do not insure shipments of product unless clients have order values and insist it be when it exceeds the $50 standard covering.
Product is made without preservatives beyond the sugars, honey and salt called for in the recipes and can spoil during shipping and are not warrantied/guaranteed against such. We hope that this is acceptable for those seeking our less-refined and preservative free products. We do have some Soy based lecithin we can add to help soften and en-moisten the products that can harden.
Until we have developed dedicated mediums of producing product lines with out contamination we will continue to attest we are not commercially certified or have certification of gluten free, renal, nut free, dairy, corn or wheat
free products. However, we ask that you communicate these needs so that we can labor to use caution in avoiding such allergen and show sensitivity to these needs and issues, and will continue to use our high sanitation standards to provide you with the best products we can produce for you!
If needed, we are happy to work to come up with desired substitutions in ingredients to work around allergen requirements for our customers. we have been using the most expensive gluten free flour with 10 of the least reactive grains, however it contains xanthan gum a corn derivative, we are seeking to see if the company will supply us with a corn free option. we also have a almond flour product that is KETO inspired and utilizes ALMOND as the bonding medium, however it is a tree nut product! We will be working to find some cheaper options than Enjoy Life for dairy Nut and Soy free chips source and may even search a unsweetened or sugar free option out for our renal products that are coming!

( We are always designing new and different products that have alternate ingredients to appeal to the more diet specific minded. Until that time we may be able to substitute a type of chip for another or take out a nut, however our sugerfree/sugerlow products are listed and so are our gluten "free" products.)

Utah and Idaho ships for the most part arrive next day, 2 at a max, California 2-3 days, Arizona/Texas are 3-5 days, and the East coast is at five days, and Alaska as well. The longer day times may be worth ordering in bulk and shipping next day air to receive our premium product as fresh as possible.
