Our home made Applesauce cookies come from a recipe from a Great Grandmother Opal Gomm. It uses The Awesome Sauce to cut in half the amounts of sugar used in other recipes and naturally sweetens and moistens the body while also cutting out oil or shortening and increases the dietary fiber. We can produce with whole grain flour and also substitute the sugar with Truvia, Pyure a Stevia and Erythritol blend, raw cane sugar, Agave Munkfruit, sucanut or raw honey and other alternatives for those watching their sugars at extra cost! The Semi-Sweet Chips can be substituted for dark chocolate, nuts, raisins etc. This hearty cake like bar is flavored with Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Clove. Our Cowboy spun without chips was inspired by Boy Scouting and Hiking and an awesome Grandfather and His Golden Pontiac Catalina with an Eagle Scout Bumper sticker in the back windshield. Therefore it contains dehydrated fruit pieces, trail mix, seeds and nut varieties! If the Boy Scouts had a cookie it would be like our Cowboy and more so this one! These sugar cookies are soft and moist, almost flaky and contain dairy. This item comes from the Raisin Filled recipe shared by Linda Burke which came from hear grandmother. A fun snack my boss said was his favorite of my products. The Gluten free version is made from Rice and Corn cold cereals and is sweetened with light corn syrup, butter and sugar. For more fun it can incorporate a graham like cereal and becomes a wheat based product containing gluten, after which mixed nuts and coconut curls are added.

Our first effort to prepare a German tradition. Immigrant Mennonite friends traditional Christmas Cookie is more like a snack food, and is flavored with Anise and Pecans. If you love licorice you may love this anise flavored taste. We are still trying to model the soft texture of what our friend shared with us. They are small at bite size and have a very nut like crunch. We can pull out the Pecans if notified, and our version was not received with any white or dark pepper incorporated.
